This site is a personal portfolio. It collects as little data as possible, sets no tracking cookies and makes no requests to third-party trackers, ad networks or font services. Audience measurement runs only if you accept it.

Contact form
- What: the name, email address and message you type in.
- Why: only to read and answer your message. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, or my legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Who receives it: the message is delivered to me through Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.), which may process it outside the European Union. The site itself does not store it in a database.
- How long: for as long as the conversation needs, and at most three years after our last exchange.
Hosting and audience measurement
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes technical data (such as IP address and request logs) to serve and secure it. Only if you accept in the cookie notice, visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you across sites. If you decline, nothing is measured. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Cookies and local storage
No cookies are set. Your light / dark theme choice and your cookie-notice choice (kept for 6 months) are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to damiandania@gmail.com. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, theCNIL.
