Internal platform for Galaxx, a hybrid agency and in-house brands studio, served on galaxx.ai behind the public studio site. Projects with per-project access, missions, briefs, roadmaps, hours, payment requests, meeting notes, a full file manager and an inbox reader — usable by the team in the browser and by AI agents through a CLI and an MCP server, under one permission model.
Runs dev servers the way a production process manager runs services: launches them with the right heap, watches CPU / memory / health live, recycles them when they hang and revives crashes — no zombie servers, RAM shared fairly on 8 GB Macs, a build runner and a CLI hub every terminal routes through, with Claude-powered diagnostics. Swift 6 + SwiftUI (Liquid Glass), MIT-licensed with CI.
Website and admin for Maizal, a homemade Mexican restaurant in Levallois-Perret, moving it off Wix onto its own platform. Astro 7 SSR on Cloudflare Workers with D1, R2, KV and Images; React islands for the admin and the group-enquiry form; a structured menu with complex prices and availability; promotions, events and enquiries; and an SEO-safe migration of the old Wix URLs.
Website for a Mexican restaurant and mezcal bar in Paris’ Sentier. Next.js 14 (App Router, server actions) in FR / ES / EN, Supabase (Postgres + Storage, server-only access), Resend emails and Vercel Cron. Its own reservation system avoids overbooking across zones (dining room, cellar, terrace), handles events with reminders, and sits beside a PIN-role back office for menu, customers, opening hours and media — plus a CLI with API tokens.
Record a meeting in the app or drop an audio file: Starling transcribes it on-device with the macOS 26 speech engine and hands the text to the Claude Code CLI you are already signed into to write the minutes, one folder per session. The summary language is independent of the spoken one, the UI speaks FR / ES / EN, and the AI is pluggable (Codex, Gemini, or fully local with Ollama). Swift + SwiftUI, universal binary.

Skills are symlinked globally, so one edit updates every project.

Nuxt web experience for the landmarks of Nîmes (Arena, Maison Carrée, Tour Magne) with interactive 3D models, in-browser AR (iOS Quick Look / Android Scene Viewer), a 360° panorama of the city across the Gaulish, Roman and present eras, a 3D encyclopedia, and a gamified treasure hunt (word, matching, memory, spot-the-difference and quiz mini-games) — multilingual (FR/EN/ES) with Supabase-backed content and guest tracking.
Nuxt + Supabase dashboard that tracks visitor engagement across the Nemausus experiences (3D/AR monuments, audio guides, scavenger hunts, encyclopedia), with a PIN-protected QR scanner and real-time usage stats by device and language.
Full-stack SaaS where points of sale order media packs, build custom marketing operations with targeting "levers", and buy point-of-sale materials from a catalogue — with a media library, order tracking, Sellsy CRM/invoicing integration, and Resend-powered order and notification emails.
